Kim began her career in the mortgage
industry in 2000 initially as a loan originator and swiftly moved into a
management position. Kim keeps herself abreast of the continuing changes in the
mortgage industry and is a leader in her field. She became a part of Acopia
Home Loans in April of 2010 to broaden the products available to her clients.
Kim loves to help people achieve their
goal of home ownership as well as relieving current homeowners of financial
hardship through refinancing their existing mortgage.
As a result of the tremendous pride she
takes in her reputation as a mortgage professional, virtually all of her
business comes from referrals. She feels there is no greater compliment than a
referral from a previously satisfied client.
Kim is always willing to work around her
clients’ schedules. Knowing that work schedules vary from client to client, she
makes herself available in the evenings and on weekends.
Kim has a son and daughter in law that
live in the Tri-Cities area which is why she maintains a small office there as
well. She has called East Tennessee home since 1988, after relocating from
Michigan. She currently resides in West Knoxville. She enjoys spending time
with her family and traveling when time permits.
