Stonie R. O'Briant

Mr. O'Briant currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Acopia, LLC("Acopia"). Acopia, founded in August of 2007 by Mr. O'Briant and four other partners is a mid-sized mortgage banker with headquarters located in Goodlettsville, TN. The organization employs over 300 people, is licensed in 31 states, serves as a direct seller servicer of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, & Ginnie Mae, and is an approved lender of FHA,VA, & USDAloans. Since the inception of the organization Mr. O'Briant and his partners have assembled a management team that possesses an unwavering drive for excellence. Under Mr. O'Briant's direction, the management team continues to be comm,tted to hiring and retaining professional, ethical employees that take pride in their ability to provide home ownership to qualified individual s and families across America.

Mr . O'Briant also serves as owner and chairman of SRO Development, a real estate development company and KLM Property group, a real estate holding and management company.

Prior to launching these companies, Mr. O'Briant served over 15 years with Dollar General Corporation, a fortune 150 Comp,any. Mr. O'Briant joined Dollar General in March of 1991 in the Merchandising Division, and serve~ in various executive positions reporting to the company's CEO, including: Chief Merchandising Officer, Chief Information Officer, as well as the senior executive responsible for Stores, Logistics, Marketingl and Strategic Planning. Mr. O'Briant played an integral role in the strategic positioning of the Companv. For most of his tenure, Mr . O'Briant was responsible for the team that produced the revenue and gross margin of the company. Always focusing on profitable growth, Mr . O'Briant and his tea~ consistently delivered record sales and profits through the introduction of major brands as well as itventory and process improvements. His team was successful at keeping the company on track ti deliver greater-than-expected results for shareholders. Satisfied customers and employees were alwavs part of the equation. During his final year prior to retirement, his team produced over $8 briOn in revenue with over $2.2 billion in gross profit. Mr . O'Briant attended Northwest MS Community College and Memphis State University. He is married to the for1er Jenifer Lynn Madden. They have been married for 35 years and have three daughters, two granddaughters and one grandson. Mr. O'Briant is active with the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville and haJ served as a past Chair of Marketing. He supports the Boy Scouts of America, the Girl Scouts of America, the National Cancer Society, the Make A Wish Foundation and Vanderbilt University Children's Hospital . He also supports his wife Jenifer in her Directorship and support role in The Kings Daughter 's Day Home, a local facility for under-privileged children.

 

Robert Warner

Mr. Warner currently serves as President and COO of Acopia, LLC(flAcopia"). Acopia, founded in August of 2007 by Mr. Warner and four other partners is a mid-sized mortgage banker with headquarters located in Goodlettsville, TN. The organization employs over 300 people, is licensed in 31 states, serves as a direct seller servicer of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, & Ginnie Mae, and is an approved lender of FHA,VA, & USDAloans. Since the inception of the organization, Mr. Warner and his partners have assembled a management team that possesses an unwavering drive for excellence. Under Mr. Warner's direction, the management team continues to be committed to hiring and retaining professional, ethical employees that take pride in their ability to provide home ownership to qualified individuals and families across America.

Mr. Warner is also the owner of Green River Rentals. The company has locations in three cities and serves the equipment rental needs for the construction and manufacturing industries. He also manages property investments as the owner of Warner Brothers Properties. Mr. Warner, prior to his retirement after a 14 year career, served as Vice President of Merchandislng for Fortune 150 company Dollar General Corporation whose headquarters are locate I in Ghodlettsville, TN. Mr. Warner was instrumental in developing global sourcing and merchandising st1ategieS that helped propel the company's tremendous growth from 1,000 to ne~rlY 8,000 retai stores during his tenure.

Prior to his roles at Dollar General Corporation, Mr. Warner dedicated 17 years 0 servIce to Valley Distributing, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility for the retailer with locations in 15 Western states.

Mr. Warner brings an exceptionally broad base of experience in leadership, built I n a proven track record of success in leading people and managing assets to maximize JroductiVity and growth in a broad spectrum of industries. His strengths lie in planning and executing profit and sales me hodologies, while maintaining a strong focus on mission and strategy.

A graduate of Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, mr. Warner along with his wife and two sons is active in his church and community supporting such charities as United Way, Free Clinic Foundation, Habitat for Humanity, University of Louisville JG B Cancer Research Center, and various other entities.
